To update an order, visit the Order History page and log-in. A list of recent orders will be displayed. Click on the order number to review order details and available self-service options. Depending on where your order is in the processing cycle, you may be able to update the credit card information, change the shipping service level or cancel an order.
If the self-service option you need is unavailable, please contact us at help@gamestop.ca or call (877) 442-6303. Hours of operation are 8:00 a.m.-9:00 p.m. (CST) Monday through Friday and 8:00 a.m.-8:00 p.m. (CST) Saturday and Sunday.
French assistance is also available Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. (EST).
If your order has already been processed it may be too late to make changes.
