Pricing and Availability

All prices shown are in Canadian Dollars. Store pricing may vary. Pricing for some pre-orders may be estimated. If the price of a pre-order decreases between the time you place your order and the time it ships, you will be charged the lower price. If the price increases, you will be given the option to keep your order at the higher price or cancel it.

Availability Status Messages
Pre-order- This product has not yet been released. Pre-ordering a product is the best way to ensure that you'll receive it promptly when released. The date listed is usually the date we pick up product from the vendor and ship to you.

Usually Ships Within 24 Hours - This product is available for immediate shipping. Your order will typically be processed within 24 hours, frequently sooner. After your order is processed, the time of delivery is determined by the shipping method you selected.

Back Order - This product is not in stock, however we have placed an order with the vendor. We cannot predict the delivery time. Your order and payment will be processed when we receive more product. After an order is processed, the time of delivery is determined by the shipping method.

Not for Sale - This product is not available for sale online, but might be available in your local store and may be available for order online at a future date.

About Pre-Order Release Dates works tirelessly with game publishers to ensure accurate release dates on our site. Occasionally, publishers run into problems during the production of a game, and the release date must be changed. Sometimes dates move forward; more often they move back, and frequently they get changed more than once.

If a game is scheduled for release far in the future, the vendor may not even give us a date. In those cases, we rely on the collective wisdom of our buying staff to estimate a date based on their knowledge of the industry and the vendor's history.

We guarantee that we will always post the best release date information available at the time of our posting. We know that you want that hot new game yesterday, and we want to be the company that gets it to you quicker than anyone else.

Pre-ordering products for in-store pickup is fast and easy. First, ensure you’re logged in on, and simply add eligible pre-orders to your shopping cart using the "Add to Cart" button. In your shopping cart, click on the "Pre-order online & pickup in-store" button to continue. A $5 deposit is required to ensure your product is reserved for you in-store. Please be aware that regular in-stock merchandise are not eligible for pickup in-store.

You’ll need to select an GameStop store where you’ll pickup your order. You can do this by using the map feature at the checkout and searching by city, store address, or postal code. Once your order is placed, you cannot change your selected store. You will receive an order confirmation by email and a call from the store once your product arrives. At that time, you’ll be required to pay the balance of your order at the store.

If you would like to cancel your pre-order, please visit the store that you directed the order to. An associate will be more than glad to assist you with the refund.

Please note that your order details will not be visible to the associates at your pick-up location immediately. Details will be sent within 24 hours of placing your order.

Please note: This is a digital product. The product will be delivered in the form of a redeemable code which will be viewable on the "My Order" page.

All orders for Digital products are manually checked by our team prior to approval. If your order is placed outside of normal office hours (Monday to Friday), this may delay processing of your order.

Please note: Digital products are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged once the order has been processed.
